The company was spun-off as a Winbond affiliate in 2008 while Winbond continues to focus on its large Memory business. From those beginnings we are relatively new up-and-coming digital/analog/mixed signal semiconductor company. Public since just September 27, 2010 on the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE) , we are bringing new solutions to our customers that change the world around us. The Nuvoton portfolio includes products previously under Winbond and those that have grown organically including: Computer: Super IO (SIO) , Embedded Controllers (EC) , Trusted Platform Modules (TPM) , Power Management among others. We are a leader in microcontrollers with our new fast growing portfolio of ARM® Cortex™ microcontrollers plus a family of 8051 products. Product Map ------------------- 1. **ARM Cortex™-M0 MCUs** !(http://www.nuvoton.com/export/sites/nuvoton/images/Microcontrollers/EN_M0-Families.jpg) The Cortex™-M0 MCUs provide wide operating voltage (2.5V ~ 5.5V), industrial temperature (-40℃ ~ 105℃), high accuracy oscillator and high immunity (8KV ESD, 4KV EFT). The Cortex™-M0 MCU family includes the NUC100/200 series, NUC120/220 series with USB 2.0 FS device, NUC130/140/230/240 series with Controller Area Network (CAN) 2.0B licensed from BOSCH, M051 and Mini51 series for cost-effective solution, and NUC122/NUC123 for high-performance USB 2.0 FS device, as well as the Ultra-low Power Nano100 series provide low operating voltage (1.8V ~ 3.6V), targeting at battery powered applications.
